Where to Get Vegan Milkshakes in Orlando (6 Top Spots!)

Okay, can we talk about vegan milkshakes for a second? ๐Ÿฅค

Because Orlando is genuinely thriving in this department, and I feel like not enough people know about it. Whether you want something classic and creamy, something wildly creative, or something you can grab without leaving Disney property, there is a vegan milkshake out there with your name on it.

Here are seven of my top spots to get a vegan milkshake in the Orlando area โ€” plus exactly what to order at each one. Save this for later! ๐Ÿ‘‹

๐Ÿฅค Sampaguita Ice Cream โ€” Mills 50

Order the: Ube Milkshake

If you haven't been to Sampaguita yet, please fix that immediately. This Filipino-inspired ice cream shop in the Mills 50 district is doing things with ube that will genuinely change your life. The ube milkshake is thick, creamy, and that gorgeous purple color that makes everyone at your table jealous.

Sampaguita has become one of my absolute favorite spots in Orlando โ€” vegan or otherwise. The flavors are creative, the portions are generous, and the ube milkshake is the order.

๐Ÿฅค Vegan Scoops Orlando โ€” Orlando

Order the: Cuban Cafecito Milkshake

Vegan Scoops is exactly what it sounds like โ€” a fully vegan ice cream shop โ€” and they make a Cuban Cafecito milkshake that is absolutely unhinged in the best way. Coffee, cream, sweetness, all blended into one very dangerous drink. You will want two.

This is a must-visit for any vegan in Orlando. Fully plant-based menu, no modifications needed, just pure joy in a cup.

๐Ÿฅค Ethos Vegan Kitchen โ€” Winter Park

Order the: Seasonal Milkshake

Ethos Vegan Kitchen in Winter Park has been a beloved staple of the Orlando vegan scene for years, and their milkshakes are part of the reason why. The menu rotates seasonally, so whatever they're featuring when you visit is going to be the move.

Note: At the time of writing, I'd recommend calling ahead or checking their socials to confirm current hours and availability โ€” things can change! But if they're open and serving milkshakes, it's absolutely worth the trip.

๐Ÿฅค Greenery Creamery โ€” Sanford & Downtown Orlando

Order the: Vegan Vanilla Milkshake

Greenery Creamery has two locations โ€” one in Sanford (my home turf!) and one in Downtown Orlando โ€” and both are absolutely worth visiting. Their vegan vanilla milkshake is the kind of thing that makes you question why dairy was ever necessary in the first place. Smooth, rich, and perfectly sweet.

Don't sleep on this one. Greenery Creamery is one of the best ice cream shops in the area, period.

๐Ÿฅค Boardwalk Ice Cream Shop โ€” Disney World Resort

Order the: Vegan Chocolate Shake

Yes, you can get a vegan milkshake at Disney World! The Boardwalk Ice Cream Shop at Disney's BoardWalk Resort serves a vegan chocolate shake that is genuinely delicious โ€” not a "well, it's the only option" situation, but actually good.

This is great to know if you're spending a day at EPCOT or Hollywood Studios and need a sweet treat that isn't a Dole Whip (though we love a Dole Whip too ๐Ÿ).

๐Ÿฅค Plantees โ€” Mills 50

Order the: Strawberry Milkshake

Plantees is a fully plant-based burger spot in Mills 50, and their strawberry milkshake is a classic done right โ€” sweet, fruity, and thick enough to require some effort with the straw. The kind of milkshake that pairs perfectly with their burgers for a full vegan fast-food experience.

Heads up: A few folks in the comments have mentioned that Plantees has had some equipment issues lately, so it's worth calling ahead to make sure the milkshake machine is up and running before you make a special trip. When they're on, they're really on โ€” just worth confirming first!
