Pangaea Gastropub Lake Mary (Vegan Guide)

Brought to you by the owners of New City Cafe, Downtown Lake Mary's newest gastropub, Pangaea, is bringing you flavors from around the globe with plentiful imaginative vegan offerings! The vegan items are the same on the lunch and dinner menus. Read below to learn more!


APPETIZERS

Hummus & Pita Sampler

Trio of curry, beet, & garlic chipotle hummus, served with pita bread.


NOTE: I think this was my favorite thing we had. These hummus portions are SO smooth and packed with flavor. I particularly loved the curry one.


Oven Roasted Zucchini

Roasted zucchini with smoky beet spread & microgreens.


Shishito Peppers

Blistered shishito peppers topped with ichim togarashi flakes with lemon slice.

Ask without yogurt curry sauce.


SOUPS AND SALADS

Beet Salad

Mixed greens, walnuts, apples, shallots & balsamic vinaigrette.

Confirm vinaigrette is vegan. When I was there last, they said their current formula had honey but that they may change it)

+ Add Edamame Tofu

NOTE: The edamame tofu was super imaginative, and I would suggest giving it a try!


ENTREES

Teriyaki Soba Bowl

Japanese soba noodles topped with scallions, cilantro & sesame seeds.


DESSERT

Plantain Dessert?

The chef told us that there was a vegan plantain dessert but we were too full to enjoy it. I don't have a name of description for it. If you happen to enjoy this, please share your photos with me!
