Vegetarian Spätzle Toss (request vegan)
Noodles, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, garlic, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and fresh leaf spinach, tossed with olive oil, white wine, a dash of kosher salt and cracked black pepper
NOTE: This is vegan when ordered with bow-tie pasta noodles instead of the Spätzle. If you order this, make sure your waiter/ess knows that when this dish is ordered vegan, to use the bow-tie pasta.
