Breakfast Toast

Sourdough toast with avocado, pickled red onion, & shiitake bacon.

"Belgian" Waffle

Waffle served with season toppings & 100% per maple syrup. Add 'shrooms served with sriracha syrup!

Fruita Exotica

Fresh starfruit, dragonfruit, oranges, grapefruit, watermelon, & kiwi served with pico fruta.

Wakie, Wakie Sammie

Croissant with Just Egg, vegan cheese, arugula, shiitake bacon, & sweet paprika sauce.

Breakfast Burrito

Refried beans, tofu scramble, brown rice & quinoa mix, shredded vegan cheese, pico de Gallo, pressed & grilled, topped with a chipotle ranch drizzle.

House Market Scramble (ask for no goat cheese)

Butternut squash, roasted red pepper, sauteed kale, and pepitas. Served with fruta exotica cup, cauli tots, & tempeh sausage.
