Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen
Vegetable broth, tofu, onion, green onion, spinach, crispy onion, garlic chips, garlic oil, chili oil, and sesame seeds. Served with thick noodles.
Flying Vegan Harvest
Vegan miso broth, Impossible beef, tofu, bean sprouts, broccolini, green onion, corn, red onion, crispy garlic, red onion, crispy garlic, and chili seasoning. Served with thick noodles.
Vegan Red Fire Opal
Yuzu-flavored hot and sour soup, tofu, sauteed bamboo shoot, simmered shiitake mushroom, cilantro, chili thread, chili oil, and lime. Served with thick noodles.
Alert!!!! Not Vegan afterall. They cook the vegan noodles in the same water as non vegan noodles. They cook the chicken and shrimp wontons in the same water as the vegan and non vegan noodles. You can prbably eat vegan at this restaurant by not eating anything fried or boiled.
