Operating within A La Carte Orlando since November 2020, Korgette, a food truck specializing in Mediterranean street cuisine, has been dishing out an array of vegan delights. Their menu is constantly updating, with their latest menu including dishes such as falafel over fries, pita wraps, bowls with Impossible Kafta, and salads.
NOTE: Starting July 2023, Korgette has extended its menu to incorporate meat options alongside its plant-based offerings. The decision to develop this guide is partly in response to confusion over what is vegan and what is not any longer.
