Viet-Nomz caters to the vegan community with a range of delightful plant-based options. Their pho is a standout dish, featuring a flavorful vegetable broth, noodles, and abundant fresh vegetables and herbs. Current locations include Winter Park, Waterford Lakes, and Lake Mary!

Build Your Bowl


Pho Noodle Soup

Vietnamese noodle soup served with your choice of two (2) proteins, white onions, scallions, cilantro, and your choice of herbs!


Base

- Vegetarian (received confirmation that the vegetable broth is vegan despite being labeled vegetarian online)


Proteins

- Crispy Tofu

- Non-breaded Tofu

- Carrots / Bokchoy


Upgrades

- Extra tofu

- Add Veggies (Carrots/Bok Choy)

- Add Herb Bag (Bean sprouts, basil, jalapeno, lime, and cilantro)


Entree Bowl

Choice of jasmine rice, chilled vermicelli noodles, or salad base, served with shredded lettuce, cucumber, tomato slice, pickled carrots/daikon, basil, and cilantro. Rice and Salad Bowls include a fried egg so be sure to order without!

Vegan Noodle Salad (Only available at Winter Park and Lake Mary locations)

Half noodle/half salad served with crispy tofu, veggie spring roll, & vegan sauce.


Street Fare


Crispy Tofu Street Tacos

(3) Vietnamese street tacos, served with your choice of protein, topped with homemade slaw, pickled carrots & daikon. Ask for it without the drizzled Nom-Nom sauce and Spicy-Nom Sauce.


Crispy Tofu Banh Mi

Vietnamese sub, served with your choice of protein, topped with pickled carrots & daikon, shredded cucumber, cilantro, and smeared with aioli butter on a french hoagie. Ask without aioli butter!


Crispy Tofu Baos

(2) Asian steamed buns, served with your choice of protein, pickled carrots & daikon, cilantro, and drizzled. Ask for the vegan version with vegan sauce!



Sides


Veggie Spring Rolls

(3) Vietnamese fried spring rolls, wrapped with shredded cabbage, noodles, and carrots. Served with duck sauce packets.


Crispy Tofu Bites

Square-cut fried tofu doused in homemade Vegan Sauce. Served with chopped cilantro and scallions.


Tofu Summer Rolls

Crispy Tofu wrapped in fresh rice paper with shredded lettuce, vermicelli noodles, basil, and peanut sauce.


Wa-Pho Fries (Not available at Winter Park location)

Waffle-cut fries topped with pickled carrots & daikon, and cilantro. Ask without sauce to make it vegan!

Iced Cá Phê

Iced coffee, ask for the vegan version!
